Salado Family Relief Fund Back to School Request

Salado Family Relief will be assisting qualifying families with back-to-school supplies and backpacks.  Supplies will be provided to children in pre-K through 12th grade enrolled in Salado ISD for the 2024-24 school year. If you already qualified for our 2023-24 Back-to-School program, then fill out the form below.

If you did not participate in the 2023-2024 Back-to-School program, please complete this form, with a copy of your Driver’s License, proof of student enrollment in Salado ISD and a copy of one of the one of the following items: 1) Medicaid, 2) SSI Disability 3) CHIPS card 4) Lonestar card.  Supplies will be distributed at Salado Presbyterian Church 5-7 p.m. on August 6 and August 8. Please bring these items to the pickup to show eligibility for school supplies: 1. Proof of enrollment in Salado ISD, 2. One of the following: 1) Medicaid, 2) SSI Disability 3) CHIPS card 4) Lonestar card; Photo ID of Parent/Guardian.
